Upon completeion of the program you will be eligible to sit for the national certification exam. Free study exam and prep class included in the program.

Students must schedule an interview/tour date. At the appointment time, students must bring a completed application, a copy of their high school or equivalent documents, and a state ID. A registration fee is only required if the student enrolls at Moe’s Phlebotomy Service’s.

All monies paid will be refunded if requested within three (3) business days after signing an enrollment agreement and making an initial payment.
If tuition or fees are collected in advance of entrance, and if the student does not begin classes, not more than one hundred and fifty dollars ($150.00), the registration fee shall be retained by Moe’s Phlebotomy Service’s. Appropriate refunds shall be made within 30 days of the start of the program.
Percentages of program completion are to be computed based on clock hours. Any unused portion of the book fee will be refunded. Appropriate refunds shall be made within 30 days of the start of the program.
Student complaints relative to the actions of school officials should be addressed to the Director of Education in writing at moephlebotomyp@gmail.com. The Director of Education will respond to the stated concern within ten days. The student should maintain a copy of their complaint letter. The school official will respond within 48 hours business days. If you feel the complaint resolution is not to your satisfaction. Only then may you file a complaint with The Board of Regents, which can be contacted at (225) 342-4253 or
